This study examines the factory workers’ condition in selected consumer goods factories in Malabon. It is long been known that industry workers are among those who are given little importance, which is why they are the ones frequently holding strikes. The condition of factory workers is one aspect of the industry we cannot overlook. Factory workers are one of the major elements in the production of consumer goods and without them we would not have as many choices in the market as we have now. In this study, workers’ conditions will be examined and it will be proved that wages and benefits for workers are insufficient for their living conditions. Workers’ status will also be highlighted to give emphasis on their worsening condition.en_US
