A house is not just a basic structure where people live. It is a place where a family grows together and individuals are made into a developed and revolutionized member of the society. It is a place where children, the future of a nation, begin to learn their basic skills and knowledge and develop those thoroughly. It is where lives are made. With so many issues and problems the Philippines have been encountering, tire housing situation in the country is one of the issues that do not receive much attention from the government. Despite the prevalence of poor housing situation in the country, there were no concrete actions made to eradicate this entirely. This study discusses the housing situation in the socialized housing projects in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, particularly the Pabahay 2000 and Towerville Housing Projects. This study introduces a subject that is vital, not only to the constituents of those housing projects, but also for the entire socialized housing situation in the country. It is only through a housing project, coupled with the ample amount of basic social services, that the lives of these families will be improved and empowered.en_US
