This study analyzes the collaboration involved in the University of the Philippines Manila's initiative to help public elementary school students cope with the demands of their academic studies, whereas, the University partners with institutions through its Ugnayan ng Pahinungod Tutorial Services Program for the said initiative. It analyzes this collaboration by following the pattern set by the Network Theory and Collaboration model. It describes how the Ugnayan ng Pahinungod Tutorial Services Program (TSP) establishes and implements its tutorial program. The results of this study describe the collaboration and the implementation of Ugnayan ng Pahinungod TSP's of its tutorial program concluding that there are a lot of problems in the collaboration in terms of relationship and problems in establishment and implementation of the tutorial program. These problems are in need of particular resolutions such as establishing a strong relationship between the units/nodes involved in the collaboration and improving the program implementation among others.en_US
