Authors: Ponon, Nicole May O.
Issue Date: Jun-2023
Abstract: The adequacy of housing entails key aspects and other qualities associated with other literature. With the continuous provision of socialized housing for the benefit of its recipients, another factor deems itself significant – participation of the beneficiaries within the early stages of the project. This study focuses on the perception of the beneficiaries for the DAR-DHSUD housing project in Guinobatan, Albay in alignment with their social, cultural, economic, and physical environment. Respondents assert the importance of housing as a right, a contributor to dignified living, and to sustainability, through the nuances of the community affected by their primary sources of income and spatial context.
