dc.description.abstractThis study tackles the role played by Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the political mobilization during the EDSA People Power lI Revolution which occurred in January 16-20, 2001 in Epifanio De Los Santos Avenue (EDSA) Mandaluyong City. This research stressed on how ICT Aided in information dissemination to the people regarding the alleged corrupt acts of the then President Joseph Ejercito Estrada. Further, ICT became an alternative venue where freedom of expression is applied. Such situation gave way to move the emotions of people from all walks of life making them act into their own conviction and thus their decision to participate in EDSA People Power Il.en_US
