Abstract: This thesis entitled “A Case Study on the Sugarcane Plantation in Alitagtag, Batangas” is a study that dealt with the present circumstances of the sugar farm workers in Barangay Concepcion, Alitagtag Batangas. The objective of this thesis was to prove whether there are oppressions going on in the said district. Though the time was limited, the researcher was able to gather the necessary information base to prove the worsening situation of the farm workers. This paper will give emphasis to the sentiments of the farm workers that they have shared in the given questionnaires as well as in the interviews conducted. This will also provide the different processes involved in the sugarcane plantation for further comprehension.
