dc.description.abstractThis study examines the effectivity of the Productivity Project of the Bureau of Women’s Welfare, assisted by Japan. Views and ideas from the clients / beneficiaries, social workers and specialists are presented here. Results are taken and studied based on the different theories that might explain the effectivity of such foreign-assisted project. The results of this research are helpful in the further development of the project or in the conceptualization of new projects of similar character.en_US
