dc.description.abstractThis Undergraduate Thesis is an Assessment Study conducted in the Community of Minalin, Pampanga. The TODO-UNLAD program of the Landbank of the Philippines is extending their assistance to the lahar-affected town. Cooperative are seen as the key in making the people more productive and being a socio-moral conscience. The partnership that would rise between the cooperatives, private sector and local government unit may be a way in uplifting the lives of the citizens.en_US
