Abstract: The search for money-generating activities will never go out of fashion. Having said that, this thesis is about Agri-Tourism, one of the activities that could potentially generate money for the owners of the site and for the country. Agri-tourism is defined as an act of visiting a working farm or any agricultural, horticultural or agribusiness operation for the purpose of enjoyment, education, or active involvement in the activities of the farm or operation. Any new venture must first be assessed for its soundness. This study aims to assess the social, economic and environmental facet of the Agri-tourism Program as proposed by the Department of Tourism, Department of Agriculture and other agencies through the case study of the tourism projects in the Central Luzon State University in Muiioz, Nueva Ecija. Since the concept of Agri-tourism is novel in our country, it is imperative to study and explore the possibilities to be able to comprehend the various effects and impacts stringed to the program before its implementation. A program that could potentially harm the people, a knack to create an illusion of wealth and could possibly further degrade the environment should not be executed. This study ascertains these possibilities.
