dc.description.abstractThe University of the Philippines-Manila offers tutoring services at its own Learning Resource Center (LRC). The tutoring service is a peer and/or faculty- assisted small group discussion offered free to all graduating students. Besides the tutorial services, there are also simulated exams to give students a preview of the department exams in Natural Sciences and Mathematics. Scheduling tutorial sessions, applying for simulated examinations, and applying to become student tutors has always been done manually at the LRC. Manual operations lead to inefficiency, misinformation due to human error, and reduced accesibility. To contribute to improving the quality of services offered by the LRC, this project aims to deliver an online information system that is capable of automating these services.en_US
