dc.description.abstract | Brain Cancer is a rare type of cancer that is classi ed based on their cell origin. Recent advancements in bioinformatics analysis enable us to develop molecularly defi ned classifi cations within tumors such as using microarrays. This study aims to construct a tool that would predict the existence of a glioma brain cancer using gene expression data, preprocess it, and classify its subtype using Support Vector Machines. This system would help in early detection of the disease and contribute to earlier treatment of the patient. | en_US |
