| Abstract: | The Disaster Management Communication System is a system that allows the different key players within the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management council to effectively receive, process, store and disseminate disaster management related information. It allows the NDRRMC officers and other users to communicate with other key personnel using SMS messaging features and user to user messaging features within the system. |
