The effect of Apis dorsata and Tetragonula biroi honey against cyclophosphamideinduced genotoxicity in Mus musculus Linn. was determined through studying the effects of CP and honey on micronucleus formation, chromosomal aberrations, mitotic index, and hepatic reduced glutathione (GSH) levels. Results show that CP significantly decreased GSH levels in liver tissues by 34%. CP also induced significant increases in chromosomal aberrations and micronucleus formation by 600% and 163%, respectively. Treatment of honey ameliorated GSH levels, micronuclei counts, and chromosomal aberrations comparable to negative controls. Thus, administration of A. dorsata and T. biroi honey reduce the risk of CP-induced cytotoxicity and genotoxicity in M. musculusen_US
