E-nrollSYS, a web application, was proposed in replacement of the manual system of the institution for it to have an organized flow of transactions and ease of work especially to the administrators of Southernside Monterssori School. E-nrollSYS is concerned on how the manual enrollment and record storage and retrieval perform throughout the institution’s transactions. At present, the manual system they use takes a lot of time and is tedious to accomplish. The manual enrolment system seems to be inefficient for the needs of the institution that is why this kind of system is very helpful in terms of easier and faster access to records. Numerous transactions that the manual system covers, such as updating and adding student records, retrieval of student records, generating the assessment of tuition fees, producing reports, uploading grades, computing for the student ranking are the major processes covered by E-nrollSYS. Overall this system enables the registration clerks, faculty, and cashiers to work with optimum performance. Automation of the processes enables them to provide better service to students and their parents/guardians.en_US
