Abstract: Experiencing inequalities and corruption in his own country, one can't stand to bear it so he makes a stand against it. Having many enemies maintaining the status quo, one can't stand alone in the fight against corruption, in the fight for good governance so he finds more people who share in his advocacy. The Kaya Natin! Movement for Good Governance and Ethical Leadership stands against all odds to achieve its advocacy. It is a sanctuary for good leaders who are bullied by many patrons of the status quo. It is a movement that educates and helps people in accordance to its advocacy of good governance. This research aims to find out if Kaya Natin truly has an impact to its target sectors, as regards to good governance and ethical leadership. The researcher interviewed key persons regarding the advocacy of Kaya Natin. She also surveyed municipalities and schools on the topic of Kaya Natin's influence. The researcher concludes that the Kaya Natin! Movement has an impact of good governance to its target sectors. For the members and champions of Kaya Natin, the movement has been a sanctuary for them wherein they could learn more from each other; strengthen and encourage each other. The LGU officials have learned ideas and strategies on how to develop their own area of responsibility. The youth (students and young professionals) have been enlightened on topics of good governance, leadership and the like wherein they have made actions of their own in being a part of the campaign for good governance and ethical leadership. But the challenge for the Kaya Natin Movement is to sustain their members, and many more who will join, and maintain their standard of good governance and ethical leadership in order to achieve their mission-vision. So that one day Kaya Natin Movement won't be needed anymore.
