This study is to determine the effects of ylang-ylang oil extraction to the sustainable community development in Anao, Tarlac. It described the respondent's socio-economic characteristics, awareness and familiarity, and insights with the Sustainable Livelihood Program and Environment Resources Management of the Anao Ylang-Ylang, using a survey to 70 respondents of Barangay San Jose South and San Jose North. Finding shows that the Ylang-Ylang Livelihood Program performed best in the ecological sustainability, economic self-reliance, and building community culture indicator. As entrepreneurship and tourism are used as development strategies in Anao, it is important to evaluate and assess how these two models will serve as the critical framework for the ylang-ylang oil extraction in contributing to the town's sustainable community development.en_US
