dc.description.abstract This study determined the relation betweenjeepney drivers’ state of mind and environment on expressing aggressive behavior when driving. Respondents included were ninety (90) drivers from a Jeepney Terminal in Cubao, Quezon City. A survey questionnaire with closed, semi-opened questions, Semantic Differential and Verbal Frequency Scales was utilized for data gathering. Pearson r statistical method was used to determine whether there is a correlation between the said variables. The results of the study indicated that there is a positive relation between the driving environment and aggression, and between the state of mind of the jeepney driver and aggression. Aggression was usually displayed towards the passengers of the driver, pedestrians, traffic enforcing agents and other drivers.
