Abstract:
The UPM Integrated Mobile Bulletin is a Short Messaging Service (SMS) information
system that disseminates class and school announcements through SMS. It is messaging
system wherein the chancellor, professors, deans, OCS personnel can post announcements
and students subscribe to the announcements they want to receive. It has an online module
for posting announcements online. Also, it has an SMS module which processes incoming
SMS request for posting announcements or subscribing for announcements.
