Abstract:
As Classified ads systems are growing more in trend than offline classified adver- tising, more resources are being created and thus creating a need for organization and improved ways for users to discover these resources.
The Collaborative Tagging and Rating-Based Collaborative Filtering in a Clas- sified Ads (Collab-Ads) system addresses these needs by offering a way for users to tag or label resources and allow them to rate these resources to be able to generate recommendations.
