dc.description.abstract Giorgi experiences but also their perceptions on the program effectiveness, empowerment is given to them provided the chance to express their side. Using Giorgi personal will or self-motivation, Parole and Probation officers efficacy and the acceptance of the community are the main factors which should be considered in order for the program to be effective in their rehabilitation and reintegration to the community. The findings also suggest that their struggles related to stigma, security and employment must be eradicated in order for them to imbibe the teachings of the Therapeutic Community Modality Program. en_US
