This study aims to describe and analyze how local politics influence the implementation of the in-city and off-city relocation programs, offered to the residents of Barangay San Roque, Navotas City. It argues that the bottom-up approach in the formulation, planning, and implementation of relocation programs is a more effective approach compared to the top-bottom approach. [Introduction]
