Abstract: Today's workforce is composed largely of millennials. They carry a new set of skills, attitudes, and characteristics which reflect their work ethics. However, this generation also seeks advancement, personal development, multiple opportunities for growth, and greater control over their work. Millennials therefore resort to entrepreneurship and self-employment to fulfill these wants. Organizations must be able to fulfill this generation's needs in order to ensure commitment from them. The purpose of this study is to determine the possible relationship between the entrepreneurial attitude among millennial employees in Metro Manila and their organizational commitment. Data from this quantitative study were obtained through a web-based survey. The level of entrepreneurial attitude was measured by the Bolton Thompson Entrepreneur Indicator and organizational commitment was illustrated using Meyer and Allen's tri-dimensional model. The Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method was used to determine the relationship between the two variables of entrepreneurial attitude and organizational commitment. The result of the study showed that millennials are both motivated and self-confident; however stressful circumstances affect how they perceive their ability to achieve their goals. They also have a high level of organizational commitment, specifically their affective commitment which means they stay in their organization because of their want to stay. Lastly, there is a positive relationship between the two variables which means that as entrepreneurial attitude increases, the organizational commitment also increases. This study may be able to help companies adjust their management style in order to respond to the needs, wants, and expectations of the millennial workforce.
