Aside from the correlation of the variables, the association of the socio-demographics of the respondents with the variables were also took into consideration and tested. Results show that the respondents are silent only to a certain degree. It was also found that there is a strong uphill positive correlation between Degrees of Employee Silence and Perception of Participatory Decision Making. There were no significant association found between the socio-demographics of the employees and the variables.
