This study focused on Filipino males engaging in same sex consensual casual sexual relationships with the aim of describing the socio-demographics as well as sexual behavior of the respondents. It also delved on quantifying the sexual esteem of the respondents and a primary question of how their sexual esteem affects their engagement to consensual casual sexual relationships were asked to the informants. The researcher both utilized quantitative and qualitative research design in accomplishing this study. Surveys and informant interviews were conducted to garner answers of the study objectives. Snowballing was done to gather respondents and informants for this research. Results showed that sexual esteem doesn’t have that much of an impact to the respondents’ engagement into casual sexual relationships, though having a high sexual esteem has its advantages. Results also showed that socio-demographics factors like socio-economic status and the like has a minimal impact on the respondents’ engagement however it was revealed that age on first sexual activity affects a person’s sexual engagement. Non-sexual behaviors are seen as not associated to this particular sexual activity; however they can be utilized to enhance the sexual act. Risky sexual behaviors were found out to be accomplished by the respondents but not necessarily with their casual sexual partners. Moreover, unhealthy sexual practices like condomless sex are still being practiced despite the health risks that come with it.en_US
