dc.description.abstract	The study describes the mining community of Philex Mining Corporation in Barangay Camp Three, Tuba, Benguet. It looks into several aspects of the community like economy, leisure and politics and how the mining company is able to develop the mining community into a community conducive to growth. The researcher used surveys, observations and interviews to determine the daily activities of the people and to get their opinions regarding issues in the community. Results showed that respondents are generally satisfied with the community and acknowledges the help of the services rendered by the company.	en_US
