UP PGH Health Service Patient Registry System and Online Diagnosis and Consultation

Abstract

Diagnosis and consultation is very crucial to every patient. Immediate and proper diagnosis is one of the patients that they are seeking for. Providing diagnosis, consultation, care, and treatment to patients are some of the services that the UP Philippine General Hospital Health Service is offering. The "UP PGH Health Service Patient Registry System and Online Diagnosis and Consultation,5 is a web-based application for patient records patterned after the UP PGH Health Service's Periodic Health Examination form (PGH Form No. P-340005). It provides maintenance of the patients* medical records. Additionally, the patients will be able to seek consultation when they are suffering from a common illness through online diagnosis and consultation. Lastly, the system also has the web portal section for the public to view medical articles uploaded by the physicians in the UP PGH Health Service and links to health-related websites posted also by the physicians in the UP PGH Health Service.
