UP-PGH Burn Registry System

Abstract

The Bum Registry is a web-based system that allows Bum Unit doctors to add, update, search, and view burn patient records. The system also has the capability of mapping the burn diagram of the burns incurred by the patient. It can also produce meaningful reports, namely the Patient Summary Report, Periodic Census Report, and Summary Statistics Report, that are needed by the doctors in the Burn Unit of the Philippine General Hospital. Lastly, it has a Systems Administrator that updates the list of users and performs audit trail functionality to keep track of all the transactions made by the users.
