Pedigree and Canine Management System

Abstract

The Philippine Canine Club, Inc (PCCI) was formed for the protection and advancement of pure-bred dogs. The services offered by the PCCI to the PCCI members can be improved through pedigree and canine management system (PCMS). The PCMS manages the data used by the PCCI and generates pedigree of 3 to 5th generation of each registered dog. It also allows PCCI members to view requested dog information, search and submit dog activities and advertisements and view summary reports on dog mortality. Additionally, it also notifies the members with dog activities through short messaging services. Furthermore, online guests have the functionality of viewing summary reports on dog mortality, dog advertisements and post dog competition information. Lastly, PCCI administrator manages the system with his/her ability to update dog information, dog activity information and PCMS user's profile.
