dc.description.abstractThis thesis entitled “A Comparative Study of Two Bus Companies: Autobus Transport Systems, Inc. and Victory Liner, Inc.” is a research committed to explore and investigate the general working conditions and benefits of employees and also the management style of the said companies. This addresses the critical issues and concerns dealt by workers, especially bus drivers and conductors. The effectiveness and ineffectiveness of rules and regulations implemented by the management are also identified. At the same time, the study provides a basis on a bus company’s compliance to the Philippine law on labor.en_US
