It can be achieved through the use of a web portal that will aggregate various medical resources for the patients and caregivers. This study aims to create a stroke web portal in the Philippine setting. This approach will help the patients with their coping mechanisms and for the betterment of the quality of life. Additionally, this web portal will enable forum threads among med- ical professionals and patients or caregivers in order to discuss stroke, its types, symptoms, diagnosis, complications, initial treatment, and long-term treatment.en_US
