Abstract: Privacy and veri ability are the two most important properties in voting systems. We created YuVote that satis es these properties using homomorphic encryption. Elliptic curve cryptography is also used to provide more security. Specifi cally, the Elliptic ElGamal Cryptosystem is used by YuVote.
