| Abstract: | Vector-borne diseases have been a major public health concern in most tropical areas, and an emerging threat for more developed countries. This study proposes a monitoring information system with the aid of geographic information system maps to help health offi cials in the surveillance of these diseases and for the immediate response and intervention. |
