dc.description.abstract | The Program Deployment Management System for Ugnayan ng Pahinungod is a web-based application for . The purpose of this system is to allow maximization of the time and manpower available in the Office of the Ugnayan ng Pahinungod. This system provides a brief summary of all the aspects that office personnel will have to check to ensure successful deployment such as funding, volunteer availability, director’s recommendation and ocular evaluation. This system also allows outside organizations to create an account and grants them privilege to request an event. This system records all the events that will be deployed by the office and generates annual and monthly report based on the accomplishment input for every event for ease of accomplishment tracking. The system gives updates to the public because of its ability to display past accomplishments to the public thus updating previous volunteers. These accomplishments also serve as testimonials of how the office has helped the community, and hopefully will inspire more people to join in the goal of the office. | en_US |
