dc.description.abstract This paper is focused around the medical services in the Bacoor city with an emphasis on the medical personnel. The medical services that Filipinos received have not been performing at its full potential due to multiple factors such as the migration of health workers, lack of facilities and government regulations. This research focuses on these problems with the main respondents being in Bacoor city. Among the 9 hospitals in Bacoor, 8 are private and only 1 public hospital. Among the 8 private hospitals, 5 have agreed to participate in this study. Along the research process, it was evident that all the medical centers are patient centered. This left the medical services dependent on the medical personnel and the factors that affect them. Among the medical personnel working in the medical centers, it could be divided into nurses and doctors. en_US
