dc.description.abstract The research wants to ask the question, what is the relationship between the Level of Volunteerism of Prospective Applicants and their attractiveness for job employmentin a company with Corporate Social Responsibility Projects? This paper thus aims to study how these two variables correlate one another. To achieve all these, a descriptive quantitative study was used. The survey respondents came from the group of graduating students called Markprof. The researcher gave out 30 survey questionnaire, wherein 30 also came back, thus a census of the whole population has been achieved. The study took into account the profile of the respondents, their volunteering activities and how much time they have invested into it. Also, the researcher took into account different job factors that the respondents considered and how much they were attracted to apply for a company with Corporate Social Responsibility projects. The data was analyzed by getting mean values of volunteering hours, by ranking mean values in attractiveness to apply for a company with CSR and by using Pearson Correlation to test the relationship of Level of Volunteerism and Attractiveness to apply to a company with CSR. The result of the correlation was -.001, which means that there was negligible correlation between the two concepts. Although the Level of Volunteerism of Applicants was high, and their attractiveness to apply for a company with CSR was also high, there was still no connection regarding these two variables. The study thus implies that there may be other factors that affect an applicant's attractiveness to apply for a company with CSR. Further study is recommended to test other variables that may affect attractiveness. en_US
