dc.description.abstract The communication climate includes how the communication in the organization drives and motivates workers to meet organizational goals and how it makes the employees identify with the organization. It is necessary to have a deeper understanding of how communicative elements can be managed in the context of feedback and performance management, considering communication climate as a contributing factor to the existence of a productive organization. The study describes how the employees in Meralco Alabang experience the organization's communication climate with respect to their feedback process and workplace productivity. The qualitative data from conducting interviews among key informants resulted in the study determining three recurring themes related to the study: The feedback process in a supportive communication climate is people-centered; openness and transparency are the identified factors that influence employee productivity; and a supportive communication climate influences the productivity of the workplace. It is concluded that the communication climate of an organization has an influence on how feedback is received and given in Meralco Alabang. The positive advantages of having a supportive communication climate are also extended to the workplace productivity. en_US
