the Girls Scout of the Philippines and from the Head Office of CCT. To gather data, two
interview guides were prepared which were used for the two types of interview sessions
conducted by the researcher. Participants for the first type of the interviewee were asked
to identify the clowns in their organizations based on the provided definition of a clown.
The identified clowns became the participants for the second type. Out of 20 participants,
only 14 became the official interviewees of this study. Out of the 20 identified clowns,
only 13 became the official clowns of this study. Based on the data gathered, it was
concluded that the clowns' use of humor helps them in building relationships in the
workplaces. Viewing the relationship as satisfactory, these employees decided to engage
into a relationship with the clowns in their workplaces.
