The identified clowns became the participants for the second type. Out of 20 participants, only 14 became the official interviewees of this study. Out of the 20 identified clowns, only 13 became the official clowns of this study. Based on the data gathered, it was concluded that the clowns' use of humor helps them in building relationships in the workplaces.
