Abstract:
This thesis studies the impact of rehabilitation programs on prisoners at the New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa City and analyzes how existing conditions inside prisons can affect the proper implementation and success of these programs. It presents the current situation of most of the inmates at the New Bilibid Prison by taking into account their personal experiences and hearing their sentiments. Evaluation of rehabilitation programs was primarily grounded on the inmates' perceptions and responsiveness to them. After presenting data gathered and making conclusions, it gives some recommendations for the improvement or continuous success of the rehabilitation programs as well as for future fields of study.
