The system caters to both users and authorized suppliers. The system provides the clients to purchase gowns for their entire entourage, cake, food, invitations, décor, giveaway and other items needed for an activity such as wedding, debut, ctc. Reservations for breath-taking or historical churches, venues for reception, photo and video and entertainment can also be made. The clients can also approve posting of events online for public viewing and can also send messages to the system regarding status of packages/services for his occasion. The clerk of the company BRIDES AND DEBUTANTES receives the clients’ specifications for the products and places their orders to the respective suppliers. He also sends and retrieves messages to the clients and suppliers regarding updates on the products/services for the occasion. Another user of the system are the suppliers of the different affiliated companies. They receive the orders for their products/services for an upcoming event transacted by a client and the system through the clerk. They can also send and retrieve messages regarding updates on products/service to be used on the occasion. Lastly, the system administrator manages the account of the users as well as updating the information file of thc company BRIDES AND DEBUTANTES.
