dc.description.abstract Jeepneys are distinct Filipino quality. Its operators - the jeepney drivers - whenever they put their hands on the steering wheel, is responsible for the lives of dozens of people. The aim of this study is to explore the perceived quality of sleep of jeepney drivers. The study site is at SM Mall of Asia Terminal. A total of 154 respondents were gathered for this study and homogenous purposive sampling was employed. To be able to achieve the objectives of this research, convergent parallel mixed methods research design was used. A questionnaire with a scale used to measure sleep quality and open-ended questions was administered to the participants. Inclusion criteria consists of individuals that are biologically male and aged between 18-65 years old. Drivers who operate colorum vehicles, private utility vehicles, buses, and modernized jeepneys are excluded from this research. From the data gathered, the oldest participant is 64 while the youngest participant is 21 years old. 64.9% of the participants are married, 33.1% are single and 0.6% said that he is a widow. Out of 154 jeepney drivers, 96 of them work between 9-17 hours a day. 81 participants out of the 154 said that they sleep between 3-6 hours per day. The average quality of sleep of the jeepney drivers is 37.090, this indicates that they have high sleep quality. en_US
