Abstract:
The New St. Francis Village Homeowner Accounting System (NACS) is a
web-based application that allows the village accounting staff to insert
transaction data involving payments for utilities and stickers by homeowners and
non-homeowners via official receipts and expenditure data via vouchers. Reports
are generated from the data, and these reports may be generated on a daily,
weekly, monthly or yearly basis. These data are accompanied by simple
Statistical analysis such as difference of earnings between two months and the
percentage. There is also a backup system for securing the data from the
database. For the homeowners, they are provided with online pages that allow
them to inquire for their account balances, view village events, post messages as
well as view village information online. The homeowners may also get to know
about this information via SMS.
