The Conditions of Laborers in the Cavite Export Processing Zone Authority (CEPZA)

Abstract

This research examines the conditions of laborers in the Cavite Export Processing Zone Authority (CEPZA). The exploitations they were receiving from the capitalists are clearly demonstrated in this study. Also shown here are the various working problems they are facing inside the workplace and the insufficiency of their wage which causes low levels of living. Results are taken and studied based on the Marxist theory. This research would further encourage the laborers all over the country to fight for their rights against the ruling elite. Their struggle would be strengthened and eventually justice will be given to them.
