dc.description.abstract The Republic Act 9502 or the Universally Accessible Quality and Cheaper Medicine Act of 2008 is passed for the public to afford cheap and quality medicine. Due to the interest of some, the ultimate goal of RA 9502 is distorted and made the law cater for the monopolizing capitalists that controls the drug industry. In the end, the law that should be for the masses became the hindrance to afford all their needed medicine and buy their medicine one drug at a time. This is a research study focuses on the evaluation of each provision under the RA 9502 en_US
