dc.description.abstract This paper will discuss volunteerism in the Filipino context. The research uses the rational actor theory as the macro theory and Clary and Snyders Movement for Free Elections (NAMFREL).This research would like to prove that the underlying conditions of the Philippine Society affects the motivations of a person to volunteer. en_US
