Abstract: This study determines the level of satisfaction of the students of BA Behavioral Sciences Class of 2014 with their major degree. Using Tinto’s (1978) model on student retention as the basis for the framework for student satisfaction, a survey questionnaire which included items on students’ perceptions and levels of satisfaction on the curriculum, faculty and staff, peer group and extracurricular activities was employed to gather data from the participants. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics and thematic analysis on the editorial comments in the questionnaire. The findings support several studies on student satisfaction in that the factors measured do contribute to satisfaction levels and that theories on student retention can be used to support satisfaction studies. This study concludes that the students are relatively satisfied with their major degree, but are not fully academically and socially integrated into the institution.
