dc.description.abstractThe study is entitled “The Relationship of Corporate Lies and Motivation in Company X”. The research problem is to determine the relationship of corporate lies and motivation in the workplace. The study also aims to determine if other variables such as type of culture, salary, length of service and position influence the relationship between corporate lies and motivation. The main objective is to find out if there exists a relationship between corporate lies and motivation in Company X which is a government agency. The research design utilized was descriptive non-experimental. Data collection was implemented through survey administration on 104 respondents. The study revealed that corporate lies significantly affect motivation of employees in Company X. The other variables studied such as type of culture, salary, length of service and position had no effect on the employees’ motivation. Based on the objectives set by the researcher, the conclusions of the study include: corporate lies has a significant effect on the relationship of corporate lies and motivation of the employees in Company X; the intervening variables namely type of culture, salary, position and length of service had no effect on the relationship between corporate lies and motivation. The researcher has the following recommendations: the administration of the organization should perform its role in the prevention, reduction and stoppage or corporate lies in the organization and the HR Department should implement programs in relation to the management of the presence of corporate lies in the organization. Lastly, the researcher recommends to do replication studies on a bigger scale.en_US
